Herd Sires
We cull hard and thus have a somewhat limited supply of Angus bulls. For this reason, our market has been primarily repeat customers who see the value of Marands bulls on their calf crops and in the foundation females these bulls leave them. We don’t concentrate on carcass traits but possess above average carcass genetics. We so firmly believe in our
own bulls that we utilize several yearlings each year on our cowherd. The Mbar brand on our bulls in pastures has been one of our best marketing tools!
